Platform Terms & Conditions of Use 11500

Acceptance of Terms

This platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older only. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally eligible to use online betting services in your jurisdiction.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account on the 11500 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended without notice. 11500 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time prior to processing any withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity carried out under your account will be treated as your own until you formally report any misuse.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt 11500's systems in any way.
  • Using another person's account or sharing your account with any other individual.
  • Engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of gameplay or the fairness of the platform.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 11500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports local deposit and withdrawal methods including FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet for the convenience of Malaysian users.

Where an account is closed due to a violation, any balance associated with the activity in question may be frozen or forfeited depending on the outcome of our investigation. Users whose accounts are closed for technical reasons or at their own request may contact support for assistance regarding any legitimate balance.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 11500 platform — including brand names, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of 11500 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 11500.
